Frequently asked questions about our retreats and facilitation

How long are the sessions?

Times may vary according to your requirements, but workshops typically take between 1.5 hours and half a day. This includes welcome, introductions, delivery of the workshop, Q&A time and a brief feedback survey. We can also do 1-2 day offsites for deeper dives.

How are they delivered? Are there interactive elements?

Each workshop is highly engaging, using the latest best-practice learning techniques to get people absorbing the content and learning how to apply it in the following weeks. There’s plenty of thought-provoking prompts for discussion, reflection and participation — at a level where everyone feels comfortable.

Is there any role playing involved?

It depends! Role playing is wonderful for participants to practice the skills they are learning in a safe space. However, we understand that some find it confronting and don’t enjoy it, so we can deliver sessions without role playing if you prefer. Let us know your preference and we will be happy to accommodate.

Are they online or face-to-face?

We offer workshops in both formats, so contact us to discuss how we can deliver your training.

Do you adhere to covid safety?

Absolutely. Our online workshops are contact-free. We have a covid policy to ensure safe delivery of face-to-face workshops. We are happy to adhere to your company covid safety plan, simply get in touch to discuss your particular requirements.

Can you create custom workshops for us?

Yes, we offer a variety of tailored programs specific to your company needs, simply get in touch and we can submit a detailed proposal for your consideration.

What do your retreats and facilitated sessions cost?

Your investment will vary on your location, requirements and number of participants. Travel costs may also be included for in-person training. We will submit a custom quotation with itemised costs for your consideration.

How do I book a workshop?

Simply get in touch with our team, we can discuss your needs, recommend the right style of mental health training for your team. We will submit a proposal with full details of the training delivery, including how to make a booking to secure your appointment.
