We are impact specialists
We support families, funds, foundations and organisations use business and capital to scale impact. We do this by providing consultation, advisory, strategy, facilitation, curation, stakeholder engagement and B Corp certification with a promise that with us you will level up your impact, no matter where you begin.
In 2021, founder of The Wellbeing Outfit, Jono Nicholas, teamed up with his good friend and impact specialist, Lillian Kline, who identified that organisations and investors want to do work that is good for people and planet, but lacked the strategies, tools and know-how to facilitate change. Since then Impact Outfit has been building a potent network of experts with complementary skill sets and backgrounds to support organisations scale their impact. We work in three core domains and can be engaged on a retainer or project specific basis.

Through retainer and project specific engagements we can help you grow your community and impact using a range of strategies to deepen your relationships. Some of these include; warm introductions, facilitating meetings, connecting dots between relevant parties, communications support, consultation, MCing, experience design and hosting.
